The latest Commercial market Survey from The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) paints a gloomy picture for high street retailers as the number of empty premises in the UK's high streets continues to rise.

On a more positive note demand for office and industrial space is increasing according to RICS Chief Economist, Simon Rubinsohn.

Cheshire benefits from being ideally positioned between Liverpool and Manchester and it's towns are well served by major road networks. It is an ideal base for commercial ventures and is home to major manufacturers and suppliers including Siemens, Astra Zeneca, Rolls Royce, Bentley and United Utilities.
