If you have been accused of a criminal matter and need Legal Aid from a Grantham solicitor our team are ideally placed to help.

Legal Aid is government funded legal assistance that is intended to provide support to those who are unable to pay legal fees. As part of our dealings with yourself our legal team will check if you are entitled to this funding.

If you are under 16 years of age, or 18 years if you are still in full-time education, then you are automatically entitled to Legal Aid in criminal cases.  If you are in receipt of certain benefits, you will also be eligible.
