A Derbyshire man has been sentenced to two years in prison after distributing indecent images of children for a second time.
Glyn Roberts, 52, of Beech Avenue, Alfreton, has been sentenced to two years in prison for breaching an order barring use of the internet away from work and possessing and distributing indecent images of children for a second time. Mr Roberts was found with 260 images in the most serious category and various movies.
Recorder Helen Malcolm QC said to Mr Roberts:
"The most serious and significant is you distributed it to other people. It seems that with making, possessing and distributing I am constrained to send you back to prison.
"You had a Sexual Offences Prevention Order before, began again and continued for a couple of years with precisely the same behaviour."
James Horne, mitigating, said Mr Roberts had written a letter outlining his "regret, remorse and shame".
