A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Lawyer to join the firm's growing Manchester office, handling a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters. Your practice will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties. The role offers an immediate start to the right candidate and the opportunity to continue your career at a leading firm.
 
To be considered for this position, you must:
 
  • Be a qualified Solicitor, a Licensed Conveyancer or a Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Have 3-5 years' PQE, with sound knowledge of all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing.
  • Ideally have worked at a reputable law firm and be based in the Manchester area
  • Be highly professional, dedicated and willing to commit to the firm's continued growth and success by engaging in your own business development work
The firm is offering a generous salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum plus an annual bonus. This is an exciting opportunity with an immediate start, offering the right candidate excellent prospects for career progression. Public parking is available near the office and a tram stop is only a short walk away.
