Fee Sharing Consultant

We have a unique opportunity for Conveyancing / Property Law legal consultant to join our client on a profit fee-split basis. The opportunity presents flexibility to work from our clients office in Northwich or to work remotely at home on a consultant basis. Our client is a reputable SRA regulated firm and is Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) Accredited. 

 

You will be a SRA registered Solicitor or a qualified Licensed conveyancer with sound knowledge of conveyancing /  property law. Ideally, you will have experience in all conveyancing matters and bring wealth of experience to the team.  You would need to bring with you your own client following however the firm would be providing you with conveyancing files also.

If you do not currently have a client following, you must be prepared to undertake business development activities and generate client leads. 

 

As a Legal Consultant, you will receive a range of support (exact details upon selection) such as:
 

 PI Insurance cover. 

 Licenses, software and IT assistance.

 Book-keeping and accountancy services

 Administrative and back office support including printing and mail handling.
