Conveyancing Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer

Our client is searching for a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy practice in Harrow, Middlesex.

The firm is expanding and is keen to be joined by a candidate who is confident to work independently on residential as well as commercial property. The firm will provide guidance and support initially if required, however the candidate would be required to use their initiative to manage their own caseload eventually.

There is recurring work for commercial leases, so whilst an interest in business development and a willingness to network is welcomed, it is not essential.

Attractive bonus/commission will be available to those who are also eager to grow the business. 

This position is suited to a SRA Registered Solicitor or a Certified Licensed Conveyancer with 3 years or more PQE. A passion for residential and commercial conveyancing is required and sound knowledge of property law is essential.
