Conveyancing Paralegal

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client who is a reputable and growing CQS certified law firm based in Haslingden. 
 
You will provide a high quality service to clients and continue to develop the efficiency and reputation of the firm's track record in conveyancing work. You will also have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and so it is useful if you are familiar with case management systems.
 
The ideal candidate will have the following:
 
Knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law 
Experience of working in a conveyancing department 
 A relevant qualification (CLC, CILEx or similar) is preferred but not essential 

You will be working in a very busy conveyancing department and so it is essential that you have experience of the conveyancing process. The salary on offer starts from £18,000 per annum depending on experience and negotiable for the ideal candidate.

This is a full time permanent position where you will join a friendly and close-knit firm that will enable you to develop your conveyancing practice.
