Commercial Property Lawyer

Our client is searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. Successful candidates will have the option to be located in their offices in either in Leicester, Birmingham or London.

The candidate must be able to "hit the ground running", be able to generate work and show an interest in further business development. It is important for the ideal candidate to work on their own initiative whilst being comfortable to ask for guidance where needed. 
 

This position is suited to a Solicitor who has a proven track record of working on complex transactions and one who possesses a sound knowledge of land development and plot planning. Candidates who have their own following and current caseload is an advantage, this is preferred not essential. This opportunity is a full-time permanent role in a forward thinking and fast paced firm with a friendly working environment. Remuneration will be individually negotiated at a competitive market rate. 
 

The ideal candidate will have the following:
 

Excellent negotiation skills 

 A following or current caseload (preferred, but this is not essential)

 Be able to act on their own initiative

Be entrepreneurial with a flair for building business

Ability to prioritise and manage own workload and be a team player
