Commercial Lawyer

Our client is searching for a Solicitor who will undertake all aspects of Corporate / Commercial law work including Intellectual Property Law work. The successful candidate will have the option to be located in their offices in either in Leicester, Birmingham or London.

The candidate must be able to "hit the ground running", show an interest in business development and work on their own initiative whilst being comfortable to ask for guidance where needed.
 

This position is suited to a Solicitor who has a keen interest in a wide area of law and whilst there is no PQE requirement, a sound knowledge of corporate and commercial law is required.

This opportunity is a full-time permanent role in a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm with a friendly working environment. Remuneration will be individually negotiated at a competitive market rate. 
 

The ideal candidate will have the following:
 

 Passion for Corporate/Commercial and IP law 

 A following or current caseload (preferred, but this is not essential)

 Be able to act on their own initiative 

 Be entrepreneurial with a flair for building business

 Ability to prioritise and manage own workload and be a team player.
