Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Our client is a growing private practice law firm based in Ipswich who is looking for an experienced conveyancing solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team. The firm is a reputable conveyancing firm and due to business growth the candidate must have enough experience to be able to manage their own case load without supervision. 
 
This position is suited to a conveyancing solicitor or an individual who has conveyancing experience and is a qualified member of the Charted Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX/FCILIEX) or a Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) qualification. 
 
The ideal candidate will have the following:
 
 At least 3 years PQE in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
 Worked in a Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) firm 
 Experience with volume caseloads and working through case management systems 
 Comfortable with business development activities 
 Self-motivated and keen to succeed 
 Ability to prioritise and manage own workload 
 
This is a permanent full time position suited to an individual who is progressive and keen to participate towards the growth of the business.
