Family Law Supervisor

Our East London-based client is a growing law firm that operates internationally though experienced legal professionals. The firm is currently looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their team on a flexible and full time basis. The firm is willing to offer a basic salary of 24,000 per annum with an additional commission of up to 50% for successfully billed files.

 

The individual will be working on cases in addition to business development opportunities. Therefore, the individual should be very experienced in managing busy caseloads without supervision.   It is essential that the prospective individual has the motivation to secure future development opportunities to develop the business. The individual will also be required to work to the necessary SRA regulations and compliance to ensure a high quality service to clients. 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
 

 A minimum of 4 years PQE in the family law area

 Qualify under Legal Services Commission requirements 

 Experience of working on public matters through Legal Aid Agency (LAA)

 Qualified for LAA supervisor status
