Your personal data (name, email address, telephone number, enquiry type) will be provided to the solicitor we represent. They will only contact you to offer their services. We process your data under the 'legitimate interest' basis of GDPR to ensure our service, which is free to all users, is commercially viable.
After you have been contacted your solicitor may send you a follow up email to confirm you have received their quotation and ask both whether you have further questions or whether you wish to instruct them to act on your behalf.
You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their emails.
Other services
Your personal details will only be used to send you notifications you have requested and for no other purpose. Your details are not shared with other third-parties unless you request that we do so.
Other information we may collect
If you contact a solicitor they may keep a record of that correspondence.
We automatically collect the following data about you when you visit our site:

Browser user-agent information – this will reveal your browser (including version), operating system and may reveal your mobile device model information. This information is captured in our webserver logs and may be used for anonymised analysis of site usage.

We can automatically detect your approximate location (latitude and longitude) if you opt-in to allow us to obtain your location through your browser geolocation information – we offer this facility on some of our web pages.
You may revoke this permission at any time via your browser. This information is provided by the Google Suite of services.
