Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA)

Do you have an Enduring Power of Attorney? This document is still valid but needs to be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian in the event of incapacity, which is where we can help guide you through the process.

When it comes to registering and administering an Enduring Power of Attorney, we can provide you with as much or as little assistance as you require. You remain very much in control.
