We will liaise with your mortgage lender and estate agent.
Enquiries will be raised with the other party's solicitor.
2. Exchanging Contracts
Final searches are made for the property before exchanging contracts.
The contract is signed and your deposit is paid. You will be asked to sign your mortgage deed.
3. Completion
You will now receive the keys to your home and title deeds.
Any stamp duty will be paid and the transfer of names is made at the Land Registry.
