Miners VWF Consortium

In 1999 a compensation scheme (the Claims Handling Agreement) was set up to compensate coal miners who were suffering with Vibration White Finger (VWF).

Latterly Government statistics show that 63% of those who claimed for Vibration White Finger didn't receive the full compensation they were entitled too. 

In it's simplest form we have found that of the thousands of miners who claimed not all were properly advised. Hence we established the Miners VWF Consortium.

Specifically Miners were eligible to claim for "services" which weren't factored into their original compensation claim.

This provides an additional sum on top of the original compensation if the miner requires help with;

 Gardening

 Window cleaning

 Decorating

 DIY

 Car Washing and maintenance
