Law firms will now be affected by the Government's changes to how much a law firm can claim in fees for personal injury cases. Now that firms will be generating less profit many jobs across England could be at risk.

With an estimated 10,000 people working in Manchester law firms the changes set by the Ministry of Justice will seriously affect smaller law firms who specialise in personal injury work.  

Whilst the David Cameron's recent comments about the increase of personal injury claims were welcomed by the Associate of British Insurers, the legal sector have accused them of jeopardising the chances of victims claiming compensation for their injuries.
