A British family became seriously ill on holiday after eating food from the five star resort, Thomson Sensatori in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
Mother, Kay Taylor Baldwin, was left on an IV drip, prescribed antibiotics and given injections to cure her gastroenteritis.
Mrs Baldwin's 35 year old husband and her two sons were also believed to be suffering from the illness.
The family who ate food which was unfit for human consumption are now taking legal action to make a claim against the hotel.
Kay, an NHS worker, said: "We had been looking forward to the holiday for months, but it was absolutely horrendous as myself, my husband and our eldest son became very ill. I'm still suffering from symptoms now."
The mother also told online Daily Mail readers '"On occasions some of the food was served uncovered and I noticed food was sometimes served lukewarm when it should have been hot."
The family have hired Irwin Mitchell's international team of solicitors to investigate the hotel and find the cause of their illness.
