We'd like to announce developments made to our property searches and conveyancing searches division. During the latter course of 2020 and early 2021 weve made a raft of changes.
As part of our ongoing strategy to improve the services we provide we have introduced the following;
A mechanism to prevent clients ordering duplicate searches by mistake.
Our initial confirmation email will now notify clients regarding future property search issues with councils.
If there's expected to be council delays affecting searches the admin dates, in the portal, will change colour.
We've added a "how to" video that shows how to order searches and outline the property itself and the boundary.
We are now able to offer an alternative to the Con29M from the Coal Authority.
From the searches platform clients can order Indemnity policies.
