Leigh Bailey - Conveyancing Paralegal required

Conveyancing assistant / conveyancer required for our Preston office.

Due to an increased caseload we are seeking a Conveyancer / Residential Property Assistant / Paralegal to join our busy team.

Applicants will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience assisting with a caseload of domestic conveyancing matters. The caseload will consist of;

• Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Registered and unregistered properties. 

Salary is dependent upon levels of experience. Full and part time hours available.
