Central London's narrowest home – which is just 7 feet wide – has been put on the market for £1.25 million.
However, proving that small can be beautiful, the Kensington property manages to cram two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony into its tiny footprint.
The home also comes in at a quarter of the price of a terraced house in the local area, the average price for which stands at £4 million.
Josh Grinling from Winkworth estate agents suggests the property is a great alternative to buying a flat in the area. He said:
"It was built in around 1830 and is the narrowest home that I am aware of in the area. At one time it was apparently let out to 15 people. Despite the size it doesn't feel claustrophobic inside.
"I have sold it three times in 20 years and everyone there has been very happy. It is almost invisible. Most people walk straight past unaware it is a house but it is actually a bit of a Tardis inside."
The narrowest home in Britain is a terraced property on the Isle of Cumbrae off the coast of Ayrshire, in Scotland. It has a 3ft 1in façade, although it then spreads to 22ft wide as it moves back from the road.
