South Yorkshire Police Driving Enforcement Campaign

South Yorkshire Police in conjunction with the South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership are clamping down on repeat motoring offenders who provide false information to get out of a driving conviction.

If it is discovered that a motorist has provided false information they could face a fine or prison sentence.

So far the initiative has secured a number of convictions. The message is don't try to get out of a speeding offence but do get sound legal advice.
