If you're looking to relocate a pharmacy for the first time or have previously been refused relocation under old NHS regulations prior to 2012, our specialist pharmacy team can offer expert advice and guidance for a successful relocation. After major changes which came into force in April 2013, applications for new pharmacies or relocations of existing pharmacies are now governed by the NHS Regulations 2013.

If you've submitted an application that was subsequently rejected, you may have failed to provide the relevant information or information that was unhelpful to the process. If your application was rejected within the last 30 days and you have taken no further action, you may still be able to appeal the decision.
