Manchester Lettings Agent Dishes Out Free Advice on Twitter

The managing director of a Manchester-based residential lettings agency is dishing out free advice to city centre residents on Twitter.

Ian Waxman, boss of residential sales and lettings agency, Pad Residential, is launching a free advice service on Twitter to help those living in the city facing issues with landlords, property owners and management agents. Using the hashtag #AskPad, Mr Waxman will offer an 'agony uncle' style service to Manchester tenants in need of help.

Mr Waxman, managing director of the Bridge Street sales and lettings agency, said:

"I have 30 years' experience of property management in the city centre and have encountered most situations, so I know instinctively how to deal with problems effectively.

"Many people simply don't know what to do or who to speak to, and if I can help bring about a positive outcome by providing practical property advice, then that makes it all worthwhile.

"I'm delighted to be able to offer practical property advice and am doing it via social media because I am accessible and help can be given when people need it most."

Mr Waxman has so far assisted a number of people, including one with flood problems and another with constant draught problems as a result of faulty windows.
