Developer Reveals Plans to Build Luxury Apartments in Southport

A housing developer has announced plans to build 55 luxury retirement apartments in Southport.

Adlington has revealed plans to build the homes on Alexandra Road, near to Hesketh Park and a short walk from the town centre.

The new development will provide independent living for purchasers over the age of 55, and residents will have access to 24-hour on-site support.

It is thought the development will cost a total of £11.5 million, and will feature a mixture of one, two, and three bedroom apartments.
