Whilst it's true that the government have radically reformed Legal Aid we are still able to provide the service from our Brixton location.

Qualifying for legal aid depends on your circumstances and not everyone is eligible. However even if you are a home owner with savings in the bank you may be able to gain legal aid.

In certain circumstances your household cover or motor insurance may also provide legal assistance and we can look into that on your behalf.

With civil liberties cases we may be able to offer a "no win no fee" agreement via a Conditional Fee Agreement.

And finally if you are not eligible for Legal Aid we can provide a privately funded service where you pay our costs directly. We will provide an estimate of our costs so you understand your financial position from the outset.
