Chelsea Attonley, has asked to have gender re-assignment surgery, so she can become a man again but wants it done on the NHS, at the expense of the tax payer.
Miss Attonley, aged 30, wants the gender change again as she claims 'it is too exhausting being a woman.'
Chelsea, who was born as a boy called Matthew has struggled with her identity while growing up and became a drag queen named Miss Malibu.
After a doctor rejected his initial bid for a sex change, he met Katie Price aka Jordan in a night club back in 2007. Katie urged him. "You have got to go for it."
Katie Prices words of reassurance urged Matthew to take a visit back to his GP and insist on the gender re-assignment surgery costing £10,000.
Seven years, on after his re-constructive surgery, she wants to go back to being a man having told Closer magazine that it's physically exhausting being a woman and feels she has never been accepted as a real woman.
Alex Wild, TPA research director said: "The NHS must prioritise frontline services over ridiculous vanity operations. This whole saga has simply cost too much."
