It's good news again for commercial property this month as real estate values have shown an increase since May, Investment Property Databank Ltd confirmed.

London based IPD Ltd stated that average prices of offices, warehouses and industrial units have risen by 0.2% from the previous month.

With the commercial property market improving, lenders are more willing to offer credit to those looking to buy.
