Female PCSO spanked bottom of gay colleague

Southwark Crown Court heard this week about a 50 year old female who repeatedly spanked a fellow, male colleague on the bottom several times, leaving a red mark more than an hour later.

The pair were both employed as PCSO's at the time and as Josephine Browne of Regents Park was reported to have developed an 'unhealthy interest' in her colleague,  the spanking incident was alleged to have taken place in August last year.

While working for the Safer Neighbourhoods Team in North London, it is claimed by the prosecution that Ms Browne 'slapped him a number of times on the buttocks and that those slaps were sexual in nature'. Leo Seeling, prosecuting added, "Ms Browne took an unhealthy, and you may think, an odd interest in her colleague".

Further claims heard by the Court mention that the male and female changing rooms were split by a row of lockers and Mr Seelig, prosecuting, tells how the alleged victim noticed 'somebody watching him' shortly after Ms Browne joined.

Telling the Court, Mr Seelig said, "It was Ms Browne and she was standing a few feet away with her face half covered by another person's locker, peering round it and watching him".

Jurors heard that the alleged victim noticed Ms Browne peering at him four times and on one occasion, she even exposed her bra to him, explaining the incident by telling him it was the time of the month.

A fellow PCSO, Danielle Figes gave evidence telling the court how she witnessed the spanking incident. Speaking of Browne, she said, "Her face went red, it looked like she was putting a lot of effort into it, and I did think, that's got to hurt.  It wasn't in a playful manner, there was exertion put into it".

The case continues.
