These figures represent a guide to our current fees for Freehold properties;

 Up to £150,000 - £750 plus VAT and Disbursements

 £150,001 to £200,000 - £775 plus VAT and Disbursements

 £200,001 to  £300,000 - £800 plus VAT and Disbursements

 £300,0001 to £500,000 - £850 plus VAT and Disbursements

 £500,0001 to £800,000 - £900 plus VAT and Disbursements

 £800,0001 to £1 million - £950,000 plus VAT and Disbursements

Property values above £1 million will require a specific quote. 

• Purchase of a flat – minimum fee of £1000 plus VAT and Disbursements.
• Remortgages – from £200 plus VAT and Disbursements
• Transfers - from £200/£300 plus VAT and Disbursements
• New Builds - minimum of £1,200 plus VAT and Disbursements
